A woman's breast size greatly contributes to her overall sense of sex appeal - whether she has a big bust or small bust. While runway models typically flaunt and embrace the "flat chest" look with couture fashions in front of big crowds, women with large breasts commonly opt to show off their newly enhanced curves with sexy clothes and a confident attitude.
“...it wasn't difficult for a gal in the crowd to start mentally evaluating her own body.”
Case in point: the "Miss Double D-ecember 2009" pageant that recently took place at the Slidebar in Fullerton, Calif. - the sexy, annual KROQ contest that was LIVE on Kevin & Bean. The testosterone-driven crowd started piling into the Slidebar during the wee hour of 6 a.m., with one hand carrying an unwrapped holiday gift that allowed entrance (to donate to the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation) and another hand eagerly awaiting a breakfast beverage.

At 7 a.m., the contestants took the stage one at a time, showing off their "talents," reaping the admiration from the crowd, and answering questions from host Ralph Garman. There were nine contestants, said to all have breast implants, competing to win this title; but only one gal could take home the coveted title of "Miss Double D-ecember 2009." Cassandra of Chino Hills, Calif. received the most online votes from those who logged onto KROQ.com to view her profile and pic...and won!
Representing PlasticSurgery.com at such an event was well-received, as those who attended the pageant had several questions regarding what our Web site offers the public. In regards to the various queries regarding the tools and resources of PlasticSurgery.com, the benefits of browsing an extensive database of plastic surgeons who specialize in breast augmentation surgery, reading news articles that discuss the distinctions between saline and silicone gel breast implants, and participating in a plastic surgery forum were made clear.
During KROQ's "Miss Double D-ecember 2009," where the details of a woman's bodies are in plain sight leaving little to the imagination; it isn't difficult for a gal in the crowd to start mentally evaluating her own body.
From liposuction and buttocks augmentation to tummy tuck surgery and rhinoplasty; the attractive contestants were images of what many women attain to and may strive to emulate through diet, exercise, and/or plastic surgery. That said, the focal point of the pageant may have revolved around "big boobs" and breast implants - but the appearance of confidence and a well-rounded sex appeal took center stage.
